Refund Policy (Non-EU Countries)
Please note that all sales to countries outside the European Union (EU) are final.
Due to legal regulations and logistical limitations, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders shipped outside the EU. This includes (but is not limited to) countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Exceptions
We may consider refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Items arrive damaged or are defective
- The wrong item was shipped
If one of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually. Replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.
Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties incurred in their country. We cannot refund orders that are rejected or returned due to unpaid import costs.
